Cancellation & Refund Policy – Sumeraa


At Sumeraa, we take great care to deliver fresh, authentic, and hygienically packed traditional snacks to our customers. Since our products are food items, we follow a strict no-return policy.

No Return Policy

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, returns are not accepted under any circumstances once the order has been delivered.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

  • To request a cancellation before dispatch, please contact us immediately through our official support channels.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • If the order is cancelled successfully before dispatch

  • If the customer receives a wrong product or a damaged product

In such cases:

  • Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear images/videos of the product and packaging must be shared for verification

  • Once verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

No Refunds Will Be Issued For

  • Change of mind

  • Taste preference

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
