At Sumeraa, we take great care to deliver fresh, authentic, and hygienically packed traditional snacks to our customers. Since our products are food items, we follow a strict no-return policy.
No Return Policy
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, returns are not accepted under any circumstances once the order has been delivered.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
To request a cancellation before dispatch, please contact us immediately through our official support channels.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
If the order is cancelled successfully before dispatch
If the customer receives a wrong product or a damaged product
In such cases:
Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery
Clear images/videos of the product and packaging must be shared for verification
Once verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
